REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of five years of experience in selling time and material solutions. • Experience in the IT sector – Time and Materials • Fluent Bilingual – Spanish / English • Proficient in the use of relevant software tools. • Ability to use technology for sales presentations and data analysis. • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to generate complex ideas and present them clearly and concisely. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze the market situation, detecting the weaknesses and strengths of your own company and competitors, to improve the relationship with the customer. • Manage customer relationships. • Lead teams. • Manage information for future strategic decisions. • Look for market trends. • Conduct an in-depth analysis of customers and the company. • Take advantage of the company's strengths and opportunities to stand out in the market. • Identify and target potential customers in the market. • Develop strategies to acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Implement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in long-term partnerships. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. • Implement effective lead generation strategies • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions. • Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. • Submit compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve a high success rate in obtaining new business. • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of customer requirements. • Develop a strategy for following up with leads and determining new industries to follow. • Monitor industry news and developments to stay up-to-date on potential opportunities. • Lead the negotiation with potential customers. • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
